Carolyn Slafka Obituary

Carolyn M. Slafka, 88, of Glassport died Oct. 31, 2019. She is the daughter of the late Edmund and Anna Budka and the wife of the late William Slafka. She is survived by her nephew John (Nancy) Roche; great nieces Nicole (Justin) Wilson and Natalie Roche; also many nieces and nephews. Carolyn was a retired engineer for Bell Telephone/Verizon. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Kilian Parish, 7076 Franklin Rd., Cranberry Pa 16066. Funeral arrangements by Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport.
